A 15% restocking fee charged on all returned products.
Please contact sales@channel360.com to apply for an RMA number. Software cannot be returned. All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All product must be INSURED upon return shipment.
If a package is sent back uninsured, and is lost or damaged, Channel360.com will not be responsible for that product and will not be able to issue any return, credit or exchange.
All products must be unused, in new condition, packaged as they were received and must include all shipping materials.
A correspondence for the return must accompany the product. This should include the date, RMA#, full shipping address, credit card information, copy of the original invoice and reason for return.
Once the product is returned to Channel360.com, a seven day processing time is standard.
